Travel to Pretoria and visit the Voortrekker Monument. It is a 41-mhigh granite bulk and is a lasting memorial to the fortitude and perseverance of the doughty pioneers who avoided British rule in the Cape Colony by trekking into the unknown interior between 1834 and 1840. From here we will travel to the town of Brits and visit Inyoni Crocodile Estate. It is a commercial farm and at present there are more than 12 000 crocodiles. All the crocodiles on the farm are Nile crocodiles (Crocodylus Niloticus). We will enjoy lunch on the farm. Return to Pretoria for overnight.

After breakfast we will travel to the small village of Settlers; here we will visit a Bonsmara Farm. The Bonsmara is a proudly South African beef breed developed through a scientific crossbreeding program. We will also visit the tractor museum at Settlers and enjoy lunch at the museum.

Travel to the town of Belfast. Here we will visit a sheep, cattle, corn, and soybean farm. We will enjoy lunch on the farm. From here we will travel to a private game reserve. This beautiful private game reserve embraces more than 8 000 hectares of Malaria-free, unspoiled African bushveld. Tonight, enjoy a special “boma” dinner. After dinner a wildlife expert will address us about game farming in South Africa. Overnight at the private game resort.

Before breakfast we will enjoy a game drive. After breakfast we will visit the Three Rondavels at the Blyde River Canyon. The Blyde River Canyon, a gigantic gorge, is one of the natural wonders of Africa. This canyon is the largest green canyon in the world.

We will spend the whole day in the Kruger National Park and will travel with 4×4 vehicles. The Kruger National Park was the first national park to be proclaimed (1926) in South Africa. We will enjoy lunch at Skukuza Rest Camp. Rest of day at leisure.
March 4, 2026
Travel to the town of Hoedspruit; here we will visit a mango farm. The farmer has 200,000 mango & 8,000 avocado trees on the farm. From here we will travel to another private game reserve; home to the “Big Five”: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. This afternoon enjoy a game drive. Qualified and enthusiastic rangers will lead us through close and unrestricted encounters with Africa’s big game.

Before breakfast we will enjoy an exciting game drive and another after lunch. All meals will be enjoyed at the lodge. Overnight at the private game reserve.

We will enjoy a game drive before breakfast. This afternoon we will fly to Cape Town. Cape Town is South Africa’s oldest and arguably most attractive city.

Today we will experience the splendor of the Cape Peninsula. Our first visit of the day will be to Table Mountain and Signal Hill (weather permitting). Table Mountain (1 134m) is the best-known mountain in the southern hemisphere. We will also visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Nearly 8 000 hectares of indigenous fynbos (fine bush) cover the reserve and about 1 200 plant species have been recorded in the area. From here to Boulders Penguin Colony in Simons Town. It is home to a unique and endangered land-based colony of African Penguins. This colony is one of only a few in the world.

Travel to the town of Hermanus. Here we will visit Abagold and enjoy an abalone tour. We will learn more about South African abalone, its biology, life cycle, history in the wild and the farming industry. After the tour we will enjoy an abalone tasting. From here we will travel to the town of Caledon; we will visit a sheep, wheat, alfalfa, and canola farm. We will enjoy lunch on the farm.

After breakfast we will travel to the town of Stellenbosch. Stellenbosch is the second oldest town in South Africa and was founded in 1679. This town is renowned for its Cape Dutch buildings, university, and wine. We will have time to explore the town. We will visit Boschendal Wine Estate; here we will enjoy a wine tasting and a picnic lunch. We will also have time to explore the town of Franschhoek. The Franschhoek area has no more than 22 wine estates, several of world renown.

Visit a Holstein dairy farm. Return to Cape Town; we will do a city tour. Tonight, we will enjoy a special dinner with an interactive djembe drumming session, with a taste safari with a set 14 course menu, experiencing African cuisine. During dinner, Mali Puppets will dance around the tables with drummers and singers.

After breakfast we will visit the Heart of Cape Town Museum at the Groote Schuur Hospital. We will also visit the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Transfer to the airport for flight to Botswana. Transfer to the Safari Lodge for check-in. Your stay includes all meals, local drinks, laundry, park fees, conservation levies, and lodge activities. This afternoon we enjoy a game cruise on the Chobe River.

Enjoy multiple game drives today to see local animals such as zebras, elephants, lions etc.

After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Victoria Falls Town in Zimbabwe. Transfer to the Safari Lodge and enjoy a light lunch upon arrival. The afternoon is at your leisure. Evening dinner at the Boma Restaurant, known for amazing local cuisine.

Enjoy a guided tour of Victoria Falls, with the opportunity to partake in a helicopter ride over the falls (at an extra expense). Later visit to a local market for some retail therapy before lunch, where you will overlook the Batoka Gorge with fantastic views! An afternoon for relaxing at the hotel before a sunset dinner boat cruise on the Zambezi River.

Once your booking is complete and your deposit is received, you’ll get a receipt from WeTravel. Afterward, our team will be in touch with highlights of your tour, important payment dates, and a few helpful tips to get you ready. About 2–3 weeks before departure, we’ll send you your final itinerary with everything you need to know. And if a question pops up along the way, we’re only a phone call or email away during office hours. We’re here for you every step of the journey.
Your tour price does not include travel protection. We strongly recommend coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and trip interruption.
For international tours, if you don’t purchase protection through Target Tours, you’ll need to provide proof of alternate coverage. By joining a tour without sufficient emergency medical insurance, you agree not to hold Target Tours responsible for costs that may arise.

Deposits are non-refundable, and once your final payment is made the tour becomes fully non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance Protection to safeguard your investment. For international tours, if you don’t purchase protection through Target Tours, you’ll need to provide proof of alternate coverage.
If one or more guests in a room cancel, the remaining roommate(s) will be responsible for the adjusted rate based on the new occupancy.
In the rare case that Target Tours cancels a trip due to lack of interest, you may choose a full refund or transfer your funds to another tour (subject to supplier fees). As a thank-you, we’ll also provide a $50 travel credit toward your next trip. You’ll always be notified in advance of final payment if a tour is at risk of cancellation.

Yes, a valid passport is required for all tours outside of Canada. For most international travel, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your tour’s departure date.
It is each traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper documents and to keep them safe while travelling. Without a valid passport, you may be unable to join or complete your tour.
Vaccination requirements vary depending on your destination and personal health. We recommend reviewing your travel plans with a healthcare professional to determine what’s right for you.
For convenience, Target Tours has partnered with the Virtual Travel Clinic, where you can easily book an online consultation and receive personalized guidance on recommended vaccinations and medications for your trip.
Your emergency contact should be someone who can step in if you or your travel companion need to leave the tour unexpectedly, most often due to a medical situation. Ideally, this person should:
Know they’ve been chosen as your contact.
Have a copy of your itinerary, passport, and insurance details.
Be willing and able to travel if necessary and assist in getting you home.
Be prepared to speak with your insurance company on your behalf if you’re unable.
If you need to update your emergency contact, please let Target Tours know at least 30 days before departure.
