All clients who participate in this program must have made contact (via phone or in person) with the other member of the SOLO program provided prior to departure. We will not book clients unless this has happened.
This service is free of charge.
We never pair up members of the opposite gender.
We do not disclose members of the program publicly.
If we have found a member who shares your travel requests we will contact you. This is to ensure that you are still interested in the tour and that you are comfortable providing your details to the interested party. Names and contact information will not be shared unless both members have given us permission to do so.
We do not perform any type of background check or security check on the clients who participate and are not responsible for any actions of the members.
Prior to travelling, members have the right to refuse a pairing should they no longer feel comfortable. In order to continue to travel on the tour we would attempt to find another pair but cannot guarantee it is a possibility. Without a pair to travel with, the member would have to pay the single travel price in order to continue with the tour, unless they independently find their own travel companions or we find them another member interested in the same tour.
Once clients are on the tour, Target Tours is no longer able to make any adjustments to the pairing. If the members no longer feel that it is a good match they must pay the additional amount in order to have separate sleeping accommodations for the remainder of the tour should there be availability.
By participating in Target Tours SOLO members are not guaranteed to be paired up for all tours requested. Pairs are only matched when they share an interest in the same tours and are of the same gender.

Every detail is in place. John and Lynn go above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable, entertaining, educational and as FUN as is possible. The staff at TT certainly are a Team… there is no question or concern ever dismissed as being unimportant. Any minor ‘glitches’ that may occur during the tour are handled immediately by John and/or Lynn. From simple day tours on PEI to more extensive tours to Europe, attention to detail and
organization combine for a memorable travel experience. John will act as Tour Director
for some of his favourite tours such as river cruises and Europe.
As well as planning tours, John sometimes travels with the group as a Tour Host making
sure all the little details are being taken care of.
John and Lynn have two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Lindsay, son-in-law, Ben and
their treasured granddaughter, Lily.
